A website is an important tool for your business and your brand. When designed according to your brand, it will be your most effective representation online. ScioMark can create a website that represents your brand perfectly. From colors to imagery, it all plays an important role.

WHATS INCLUDED?
A website may or may not require the following…

• Mock-up Design

The actual design of your website. A graphic mock-up of what your website will look like.

• Database Set-up

If you are using WordPress, Joomla or other CMS software..a database will need to be created.  The database contains the content and other data on your website.

• Software Installation

Installation includes configuring software such as WordPress or Joomla, Live support systems, emails etc..

• Responsive Design

The responsive template design involves design of your overall websites look, header, menu system, fonts, coding, etc. Your businesses website will work great on any device.

• Content

We will add all content that you will provide to us. We do not provide the content in most cases, however if needed, we can create copy as well. In most cases, we expect all content to be provided and in its final state. Changes to copy that is already provided could incur additional charges.

• Blog

This includes the setup of a blog layout on your website.

• Site Search

This includes a site search function.

What Is Expected From Our Clients
Before beginning a website a certain things must be understood. We work really hard so that our clients receive amazing value in our service. We only ask the following.

• Hosting and domain information

Clients must have a domain, and hosting, with at least one available database, before we can start working on the site. If the client does not have hosting we can host the site for you at an additional cost.

• Website content must be prepared and ready to go before we begin on the website. We will need a detailed layout, which describes exactly how you want your content displayed, including photos, headings and menu items. 

When requesting a revision, we ask that you give as much detail as possible. If all you need is a change in color, that will be counted as a complete revision. There are no limits on the amount of changes you can ask for in a revision, however you are limited to only 3 revisions (unless otherwise stated).

Process
1.Client does your part listed above.
2. Agreed upon deposit must be made in full.. the rest upon completion or as otherwise stated.
3. Client must provide content layout, and any other notes, ideas, images, data, etc..
4. ScioMark will then design a website based on the client’s requirements and their brand needs.
5. ScioMark will submit the first draft to the client for review.
6. ScioMark will make the changes requested by the client, and submit the first revision for further review.
7. This process will continue until 3 revisions are used.

• Revisions to design and content

We do our best to design a great website for your brand, and we will deliver that.. However, We realize that sometimes the design may need to be changed to meet specific needs. We do our best to create a website according to your requirements and what is best for your brand. The greater the detail of these requirements the more likely you will receive what you want. We will present you with a first draft based on your requirements, our creative input, and what’s best for your brand overall. After that you will review and send comments for the first revision round. This process will continue until your 3rd revision (unless otherwise stated). After that point additional revisions will incur additional charges to the overall cost.
